Osama Bin Laden Is Dead.

Update: According to CNN and Fox News, the man responsible for over 3,000 American deaths on September 11, 2001 has been killed in Pakistan. For nearly 10 years, we have been searching for this asshole with no success but today it looks like we got him. His death brings closure to the families of the 9/11 victims and assurance to the American people that he will never orchestrate another attack against our nation.

And so Gulls, with the Team America Theme Song playing in the background, we ask that you raise your glasses-

Drink for the the victims of 9/11 and their families.
Drink for the troops that protect us.
Drink for your fellow Americans.
And drink for your fellow man.

God bless America (and all of the international victims of terrorism too)! Have a good night.

i dont believe osama is dead. the US's "we had to quickly bury the body at sea (so there wouldnt be any evidence)." story sounds too fishy to me. could it be an obama election stunt? i wouldve questioned bush if the story was presented the same way.

9:08,

Maybe they learned from Bush about burying Sadam in a public place and giving his followers somewhere to go and celebrate him. I understand your skeptical of the government but you sound like a birther wanting something else to cling on to. And for an election stunt, wouldn't it have actually been done around election time?

246- "Maybe they learned from Bush about burying Sadam in a public place and giving his followers somewhere to go and celebrate him."

i was reading that as sarcasm at first. then i read the rest of your post. i have always been skeptical of the government even before i was part of it...
i sure hope that we did have him and we did kill him. just the ways the stories came out (a few different ways he was killed) caused me to question the validity of it.

He is dead. I am glad of it. And the US did a good job with disposal of his body. We are a strong nation. We killed him and then with all the Evil he did we gave him the proper religious service.

don't believe everything you read, just because the united states says that he's dead does not mean it should be taken as the truth. not saying he is not dead but it is not exactly too far-fetched to imagine the united states lying to the public. Pretty odd that his body was disposed of only hours after his death at sea. Not to mention the poorly photo-shopped "death" pictures currently circulating the net.
