Thoughts On Westboro

It's no secret that there has been a whirlwind of controversy with regard to the Westboro Baptist Church protesting against homosexuality within the military at dead soldier's funerals. While I would like nothing more than to provide an unbiased account of the situation, my conscience just won't allow such a travesty to occur. Perhaps these "God loving" baptists don't realize the emotional turmoil that they are putting the surviving families of these deceased soldiers through. In a perfect world, Japan would have escape tragedy this week. In a perfect world our national debt would be reconciled. In a perfect world the epicenter of a level 10 earthquake would've fallen smack dab on the Westboro Baptist Church. But we don't live in a perfect world so forgive me when I say that if these bastards were to show up at my dead kin's funeral, lesbians, gays, and God would be the least of their concerns. We here at The Other SBY News will never infringe on another's right to free speech, Westboro Baptist included, however we will take every chance we get to openly shit on them and everything they stand for until they cease to exist. May God have mercy on their souls because I have none.
